Okay I've got a super fun ChatGPT prompt today, but I need to set it up. This has been plaguing me... what if my brain turns to mush if I use AI too much? Definitely my fear... I want AI to be my second brain, not replace my first one! 🤣 So I came upon this prompt and I thought I'd give it a whirl. Here it is... I found it on X. I really need to start saving stuff better. So first, the 15 questions were super fun. I went through the process and it asked me questions (giving a bit of feedback). At the end, it said... "I have everything I need now. NEXT:
I’ll lay it out clean, direct, forward-thinking, innovative — just like you asked. Building now... standby." Then it just stopped. I thought it was funny, like...is it gonna just start back up again automatically? Who knows. Chatty hallucinates. I gave it about 5-10 minutes and then initiated convo again with "Um... how's it going?" 🤣 It replied... "It's going extremely well — you gave elite-level inputs, so I can build you something that isn't generic or fluffy." <- so much complimenting 🙄 BUT.... It produced a workout for my mind. It was a custom 30 minute workout based on how I answered the questions. Well... I tried it this morning (did it in a journal on paper) and then I took a picture and uploaded my responses into the chat. Two things that were cool:
I would give it a try if you are worried about the brain mush possibility of using AI too much. Gotta do the work with paper and pen. Forces you to go old school. Let me know how it goes! xx Julie |
