Definitely be ready for a series of emails / podcasts / videos coming next week as I sort through all the insights from last week. But something is different coming back from this mastermind.

There's this growing *uneasy* gap I'm seeing - almost eery - between people who are running their business fully powered by AI, and those who aren't.

And I'm not talking about AI replacing your human touch or voice or anything like that. But those who are leveraging the power of a true digital assistant that has 24 hours a day and much bigger memory power.

When people see this gap they think okay I have to learn all these new things. And then 15 hours later, they are neck deep in some terminal somewhere, wasting time, building things they half understand and will never use, and feel busy while actually not earning more.

No more of this! AI must serve us where and how we need it, not the other way around.

During the event we did an AI training where I specifically showed people who to use AI to actually SAVE time and MAKE money. Not building AI systems just because of the dopamine hit. We did a sales activity build with AI as an example.

One person in the group was hella skeptical. Others were excited.

Within two hours, not only was the system built for nearly everyone in the room, but people had money in the bank. 😱

I had people share what happened during the co-working session after the build and it was stuff like...

"Woah. A $1200 sale came in!"

and...

"I just booked a client retainer at $5500/month"

AI was solving problems and earning money. Not wasting time and offering distractions.

Something about being in the room with people, coupled with my ability to troubleshoot issues on their ACTUAL computer and file structure, plus getting these systems in place that are UNDERSTANDABLE and USABLE for normal people...

Lightbulbs and bank accounts were lighting up.

And I want to do it again. But it has to be in person.

So I'm calling it AI & Sheep 😂.

Come to my house. Two days. We're going to do all the AI teaching, building, and executing I did at my event (plus a few other things).
