95% of business problems come down to this

"What ultimately will slow us down?" This question was from a student yesterday in our Launch Gorgeous coaching program.

She was asking me to anticipate the roadblocks and stall points in launching an offer, and as I went through each module of the program- explaining exactly where and how people get stuck at each point- it was obvious...

95% of issues in business that result in unfinished projects and disappointing revenue are a result of bad thinking.

Bad thinking which leads to poor decisions and less than stellar outcomes.

This is probably a metaphor for life honestly.

One of my private clients the other day finally hit a 15% conversion rate on her webinar after doing 16 weekly webinars. For four months, she had either no sales or disappointing sales (like 1 unit selling for example).

Would you have the patience to run ads and tweak a webinar presentation for four months? Most people don't. They stop WELL before.

But she was set up to persist because of a few factors that impacted her thinking:

  1. Daily private coaching and accountability
  2. Continued micro-actions that helped her control what she could
  3. Discernment in the data (how to know what the numbers were actually saying)
  4. Financial grit (the ability to keep at it when the results aren't instant)

As I thought about how I could make the most impact with my book, Million Dollar Grit, I knew that the only way peoples businesses would change is if they actually took action on the lessons I shared.

This is why I made sure to do a few things:

  • Draw out of every personal story, an important lesson
  • Have tangible micro actions someone can do to get the ball rolling
  • Keep the lessons simple enough that you can remember them (what gets remembered gets implemented)
  • Added audio, math, and a GPT to help people implement the lessons

I've said many times about many of my ideas and courses, this isn't going to sound that exciting when you hear it at first. Whether it was my paper whiteboard idea, my sacred time with calendar planning, or the rainbow rule in Offer Cure, I'm always trying to get things down to their most distilled essence.

  • Follow the problem
  • Say yes quickly
  • Take yourself seriously

I want these lessons to go deep, to change the way you think and behave, so that your business dreams and financial goals are reachable.

To the hundreds of you who've already downloaded the book, thank you! To those who've left a review on Amazon, or sent me a DM or email, thank you. ❤️
