Can Your Offers Actually Hit Your 2026 Goals?

The first Million Dollar Grit episode of 2026 is out and ready for you!

It's a bit math-y but that's where my brain is this week as I look at projections for 2026.

You can listen on Apple or Spotify.

A few money thoughts from this episode:

#1 You ready to spend to grow? A healthy $500k a year business spends about $20,000 a month in expenses. If you've only made $2000/$3000 a month and have taken nearly all of it home, this will be a mindset shift.

#2 The AI reversal is making those unscalable done-for-you type services more "safe" in this economy than just straight digital products that aren't as exciting to buy since you can ask a chat bot how to do anything now.

#3 Many people try to make revenue, profit, or income goals without checking to see if they offers they sell can even hit those numbers. Have you checked the market availability, the scalability of it, the conversion rate and traffic?

#4 Expenses should be allocated by revenue contribution. If your $1000 offer is doing most of the heavy lifting, it should get the biggest expense line too. This is a fast easy way to cut expenses when you view it this way.

#5 Your offer mix should match your capacity, not just your ambition. It’s not enough to ask “Can my offers hit this number?” You also have to ask, Can I personally sustain the delivery, decision-making, and emotional load this offer mix creates?

Hope you have a great first week of the year!

xx Julie
