AI Employees MY A** 😆

Serious B in my bonnet today.

I don't know why it bothers me so much when people say things like, "I have 150 AI employees in my business."

Because I use AI constantly, I teach it. I show people ways to use it, so it's kind of weird that this bothers me as much as it does.

I think it's the actual phrase AI employee. It makes people feel less than if they don't understand AI and wonder what the heck it means. It's so mysterious sounding. It makes you want to buy expensive programs so you can learn how to command your own army of robots. Someone called it a "deliberately intimidating term" on my IG reel this morning and I 100% feel that.

So let's demystify it.

When someone says AI employee, here is what they *could* mean

  1. A Claude or ChatGPT Skill
  2. A Skill running on a scheduled task
  3. An agent (like Openclaw, Muse, Viktor, Dots) that is a chatbot that you tell it to go do things and it does, and it often will ping you unprompted with ideas

That's it.

Most of the time it's just skills and tasks. Nothing mysterious. Just them putting SOPs into their LLM of choice, setting a time, and having it run.

The agent side used to be more complex. Openclaw required some coding, a mac mini, etc. But now all the big companies are launching these autonomous agents in the cloud. Muse is a great one to try. Grokbot. Dots is coming soon from Open AI. Viktor is inside Slack.

These bots are just in a simple chat window (like you chatting to a friend) and it can do things without asking. You can set goals and it'll also ping you with ideas.

No one has 150 autonomous agents they are commanding. Most of it is just skills and tasks, maybe a few agents they are paying for that are trained on goals and running their own skills, subagents, and tasks.

I'm going to tell you what my setup is so that you can see it really clearly.

First, I use Claude extensively for client and business work. It has probably 30 to 40 skills inside of Claude, plus it has 4 or 5 scheduled tasks that run daily. I'm on the $100/m plan.

Second, I also use ChatGPT Work. I have the same 30 to 40 skills loaded in there, and that doesn't have any scheduled tasks that run daily. I use ChatGPT side by side with Claude just for more multitasking, and ChatGPT sometimes does things better than Claude, and vice versa. I am on the $100/m plan.

Next, I have Muse by Meta, and that lives on my desktop and is really handy because, with a little shortcut, I can just talk to Muse, and it can hold reminders for me. It's free right now but will be paid soon.

Muse is just one chat window, so it doesn't get clogged up in the same way that ChatGPT and Claude do.

This is brand new to my workflow, but I really am enjoying Muse as sort of a catch-all for things that I can't remember, because ChatGPT and Claude have a little bit more of an organizational system. It also can see inside my IG Dms and reminds me when I've forgotten to respond.

Next, I have Viktor that is loaded into Slack, and Viktor really functions as an agent inside of Funnel Gorgeous. It's helping in customer support, it's helping keep track of things in Slack, and it is also inside of Help Scout triaging emails.

Everything I build of course is pushing to my second brain, which is where I store all of my important data. This is so important and what I teach primarily in AI & Sheep.

I also use AI inside of tools like Gemini in Workspace, Gamma for presentations, and AI features inside of Voxer, helpscout, etc.

That's my setup.

xx Julie
